Digital Download Refund Policy

Our recipe PDFs and meal-plan guides are digital products delivered after payment. Because a digital file cannot be physically returned, completed digital-download purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

If you are charged incorrectly, receive the wrong file, or cannot access a purchased download, contact us so we can fix the problem. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or payment-network rules.

Each product page explains what the download includes. Please review the title, description and price before checkout.

Duplicate purchases or technical problems

If a technical issue causes a duplicate charge or prevents delivery, contact us with the email used at checkout and the product name.
